I recommend the readers to reset the network configuration because it will delete the old settings from the phone. If you're having problems turning on the mobile hotspot, we can check the registry. In the next dialog, specify the network name, password, and network band for your hotspot. In Windows, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and flip the switch under Hotspot 2.
Right-click the network icon on your Windows toolbar and choose to Open Network & Internet settings again.
